Please note that the business hours of the Office of the Representative for Children and Youth are Monday to Friday, 8:30AM-4:30PM.  E-mails or phone messages to the Office within business hours are responded to within 48 hours.  It may take up to 72 hours to respond to e-mails or phone calls received outside of business hours.  If you are in need of emergency assistance regarding the safety of a child or youth, please call the Helpline for Children at 310-1234.
