The Canadian Council of Child and Youth Advocates (CCCYA) is a national alliance of child advocates legally appointed by the Canadian provinces and territories. CCCYA has submitted the following Special Report, titled Aboriginal Children-Canada Must Do Better: Today and Tomorrow, to the United Nations Committee on the Rights of the Child, and asked that they consider our Special Report during their review of Canada's implementation of the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child ('CRC') in its 2012 forthcoming session.
